The first few infusions taste a bit like the smell of grass clippings after they've been in the sun for a few hours and slightly steamed zucchini skin. Hot water and short steeps come out overly bitter. It seems to like cooler brewing, around 60-65☌ and fairly long (2min+) steeping times.
